THE CITY GOES TO WORK

The City Goes to Work is a documentary street photography project observing Istanbul during the daily commute. Photographed during the morning rush and evening return hours, the series focuses on the movement, routines, encounters, and quiet moments that shape the city’s working life. Through candid images of streets, public transportation, pedestrians, and urban spaces, the project explores how individual lives intersect within the rhythm of a constantly moving city.
